I am very excited to be a part of the Christina Gordon Staff.  I am looking forward to being a part of building a school community.  

I am originally from Lethbridge Alberta and received my bachelor of Education from the University of Lethbridge with a diploma in Early Childhood Education.  After graduating, I began my teaching Career in Milk River Alberta for a Parent run Kindergarten program  I then moved to Rocky Mountain house. I was given the opportunity to teach in Hong Kong where I taught at a local Kindergarten and then at the Australian International School where I taught Reception (like ECDP), grade one and grade two.  It was a wonderful experience teaching overseas but it was time to come home.  You really appreciate all that Canada has to offer when you live somewhere else for an extended period of time.  Upon returning, I secured a position with Fort McMurray Public Schools to teach in, what was then, a new program called the Early Childhood Development Program.

When I am not preparing or planning for school I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading and movies.
