My name is Jill Kerrigan and I am thrilled to be teaching Grade 4 this year and a part of this amazing Christina Gordon team.  I am entering my 10th year of teaching and am a long time resident of Fort McMurray.  I have had the pleasure of growing up and attending school here.  I am happy to be raising my son in this wonderful community.  My son name is Ryder and he is entering Grade 5 this year.

I spent 8 years teaching in the Catholic School District at Father Mercredi doing Physical Education, Health and Religion before stepping away to start my family.  Over the past few years I have enjoyed many opportunities coaching my son’s sports teams and in doing so I have realized how much I miss the interaction with children, helping them grow and develop into successful and independent students.   I taught Grade 5 at Christina Gordon last year and am super excited to be teaching Grade 4 this year.

Some of my hobbies include playing and/or coaching sports, travelling and reading.  I look forward to an amazing  2018-19 School year.
